Marge Fulton Scholarship Winner For 2013 - Erica Green, 2013 Graduate Mackay High School

Awarded to Erica Green 2013
Erica Green, daughter of Bill and Stephanie Green, has been awarded the Marge Fulton Scholarship for 2013 in the amount of $1,000.00.  

Erica, who graduates with a 3.92 GPA will be attending Boise State University this Fall.  Erica will pursue a degree in Political Science with the intent of obtaining a Law Degree and becoming a Civil/Criminal Attorney.
 
Erica held class offices each year and was Class President her Senior Year.  She was a member of the National Honor Society, FFA and won the State Talent Award in 2011.  She also participated and lettered all four years in volleyball, basketball and track.

Erica’s hobby is singing and is the “go to” person to sing the National Anthem for public events in the local area.

Upon graduation from Law School, Erica would like to work in a small community as a civil Attorney.

In the past, Erica has operated her own DJ Business and was invited to the Corona Blues Camp in Corona, California where she was part of a blues band that performed around Corona.  She will be working as a teacher’s aide for the Mackay Summer School.

This is the fourteenth year anniversary of the Marge Fulton Scholarship which was established by several 1960’s alumni of Mackay High School to honor Mrs. Fulton for her many years of teaching and her dedication to students who attended Mackay High School.
