sent many postcards home to his mother, Laura Rosa (aka Rose) Boyd (his father,
Frank, born about 1871, may have been living separately from his mother and Guy sent him a postcard 1 Mar 1914).
Guy
survived his adventures in Mackay and returned home to Defiance, Ohio – married
Sarah Leota
Woodruff in 1919 and had a second marriage to Bertha R. Loy in 1927, probably
telling his Idaho stories to whoever would listen over and over.
Guy
died 15 July 1962 in Defiance, Ohio.
