Idaho State Journal Friday, November 08, 1968 | Page 2 Charles Warren MACKAY - Charles Warren, 8l, long time rancher here died Wednesday after suffering an apparent heart attack. Mr. Warren was born In Preston, Idaho, November 25, 1886, a son of Levi and Mary Prllchelt Warren. The family came to Lost River In 1898 and settled near Mackay. On February 28, 1917, he was married to Laura Murray at Mackay. They were engaged in ranching until 1952 when they retired and moved into town. Mr. Warren had been a brand inspector for thirty years prior to retiring from that position in 1962. He was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles. Surviving are his widow, Laura Warren, Mackay; one sister, Mrs. Daisy LaRocque, Challis; and several nieces and nephews. Four brothers proceeded him in death. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, at the Community Methodist Church in Mackay with Rev. T. O. Hill officiating. Burial will be in Mt. McCaleb Cemetery, under the direction of the Marvel Memorial Chapel. |
