Iva Tipton was very active in the South Custer Historical Society. In thanks, the historical society furnished her headstone at Mt. McCaleb Cemetery, Mackay, Idaho. Iva's handwritten memories of growing up in the Big Lost River Valley are available for preview at the Lost Rivers Museum in Mackay, Idaho
